Job Description
Caylent is seeking a Principal Strategist to drive customer program success and guide customers through cloud evolution. The role involves defining business value, building roadmaps, and collaborating with clients to enhance their AWS maturity. This position focuses on driving growth in Strategic Accounts and leveraging the organization's global footprint.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience in cloud and digital transformation
- Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation efforts in Financial Services Institutions
- Proven ability to build key client relationships and secure repeat business
- Experience delivering large, complex projects for enterprise clients
- Expertise in public cloud infrastructure and services, preferably AWS
- Strong understanding of Agile project delivery
- Excellent communication skills, especially with executive audiences
- Startup environment adaptability and cross-functional teamwork
