Caylent is a cloud native services company that helps organizations bring the best out of their people and technology using Amazon Web Services (AWS). We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management team.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in consulting or professional services managing large-scale, complex programs for Enterprise clients
- Prior management of technical engagements that consist of 5 or more people and over a $500,000 budget
- Experience and knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools with the ability to build out client roadmaps
- Experience leading projects in an Agile/Waterfall environment using advanced tool sets (e.g. Jira, Monday, SmartSheet, Assembla)
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting management to drive accuracy in revenue projections to realization
- Ability to identify and manage risks as well as proven ability in successful Escalation management of Enterprise and Strategic or Complex clients
- Demonstrated ability to understand client's business needs, encompassing both short-term objectives and long-term goals to drive additional revenue or account growth
- Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives
- Ability to contribute processes, templates and standards around project management best practices
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in the areas of infrastructure modernization, application development and/or data engineering disciplines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage engagements and ensure they are executed with excellence
- Ability to act as a mentor to new team members as part of onboarding or provide coaching to peers as needed.
