Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Manager - New Home Superintendent to join our team at CBH Homes, the #1 Home Builder in Idaho. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, be able to work with subcontractors, and be comfortable representing the company.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years + experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, Foreman, or equivalent supervisory role in New Home Construction
- A thorough knowledge of all trades
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with our Trade Partners
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
