Job Description
As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors suite. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing system optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years (Consultant) / 5 years (Senior Consultant) of working experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management module including Learning & Compensation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) required.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
