Job Description
Central City Concern is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join their Intensive Case Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a human services field and at least one year of mental health experience. The role involves providing clinical care, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing counseling and case management. The team works with clients who have severe and persistent mental illness, addiction, homelessness, and complex medical needs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a human services field
- At least one year of mental health experience
- QMHP or QMHP-R licensure
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, flexible environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
