Customer Solutions Center Appeals and Grievances (A&G) Training Specialist II

CCG Talent Management is recruiting for a Customer Solutions Center Appeals and Grievances (A&G) Training Specialist II. The role involves providing ongoing training on core processing systems, A&G processing procedures, and regulatory changes. The specialist will also evaluate training needs, design and deliver curriculum, and conduct training sessions for the A&G team.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of learning principles
• Knowledge of CA regulatory guidelines, Medi-Cal guidelines, Medicare guidelines, NCQA requirements
• Skilled in group facilitation and managing effective discussion and dialogue
• Strong organizational & analytical skills
• Ability to conduct effective and engaging presentations
• Ability to interpret technical data, processes, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Must be a strong team player willing to work toward achieving team goals

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
