Document Controls Specialist

CCG Business Solutions is recruiting for a Document Controls Specialist to support the construction of a Water Treatment Plant in Portland, OR. The position involves receiving, logging, tracking, and distributing documents in electronic and paper format, supporting project management, and developing and maintaining project document control procedures.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field
• 2-4 years of document management, quality control, information technology, or similar experience
• Proficient with Outlook, Adobe software, PowerPoint, FTP sites, and document control software such as SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
