Project Manager

CCG Talent Management is a business solutions company seeking a Project Manager to perform various duties including premobilization, administering contracts, tracking costs, and communicating progress to senior management. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in constructing commercial projects, a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.

Requirements

• Five years of experience constructing Commercial projects
• Experience in Preconstruction is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Proven abilities in written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Procore Competency and experience is a Plus
• Scheduling – Proficient in MS Project
• Candidates with Primavera P6 preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
