Job Description
CDM Smith is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their Corporate Compensation team. In this role, you'll help design, analyze and administer compensation programs, review and process salary actions, and complete salary survey submissions.
Requirements
- Day-to-day compensation administration
- Reviews and processes planned and off-cycle salary actions
- Completes salary survey submissions in a timely and accurate manner
- Analyzes the need for new or modified jobs
- Develops/writes job descriptions
- Applies job evaluation techniques to evaluate and benchmark jobs
