Construction Representative 2 performs construction inspections, evaluates structure condition, and documents deficiencies. Under direct supervision. 2 years of related experience required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or Vocational Technical degree or equivalent
• 2 years of related experience
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English
• Basic knowledge of arithmetic
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and quickly learn new computer, smartphone or related applications and programs
• Basic knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in construction
• Ability to read, understand, interpret and explain construction plans and drawings, contract provisions, and specifications
