Requirements
- Planning and conducting wastewater infrastructure design, including conveyance and treatment
- Coordinating detailed phases of work for wastewater conveyance and treatment plant design and modifications
- Devising new approaches to problems encountered and coordinating various technical aspects of wastewater infrastructure design and implementation
- Contributing to firm's technical knowledge management system by developing white papers and technical design documentation
- Submitting technical papers for publishing in technical journals and presenting at professional society conferences
- Serving as a technical mentor to junior staff
- Collaborating with sales staff to develop proposals
- Meeting with current and potential future clients to review their current and future project needs
- Assisting project managers and helping to establish key project milestones and monitoring budgets
- Serving as subject matter expert on various projects including wastewater treatment plant design, pump station design, and/or wastewater conveyance design
- Providing Engineering Services during Construction
