Lead Marketing and Proposal Specialist

CDM Smith is seeking a creative and persuasive writer to join their South Group marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of work that showcases engaging and innovative written content that is compliant with client RFPs while connecting with the audience.

Requirements

• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing strategies for marketing and business development opportunities
• Developing, writing, editing, and reviewing content for proposals, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and related marketing materials
• Applying creativity/strategic vision and a theme-based approach to lead brainstorming, storyboarding, and other strategy development sessions
• Updating information in the CDM Smith firmwide database of resumes, project descriptions, proposals and qualification packages, and maintaining marketing and visual presentation information
• Engaging effectively with the global team of writers and artists in India and supporting the growth of this important resource
