Commercial Controller

Join CDON Group as a Commercial Controller to uncover trends, analyze data, and support business decisions through data. You will work with sales, traffic, and category data to help us understand performance, identify opportunities, and support decision-making across our two marketplaces.

Requirements

• Analyze sales performance across categories, products, markets, and channels
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Support the commercial departments with structured insights and recommendations
• Work with acquisition and retention data to understand customer behavior
• Contribute with analysis and recommendations that helps optimize marketing performance
• Track category-level development and highlight growth areas or underperforming segments
• Provide insights to help guide category and commercial decisions
• Conduct light market research and support with competitor analysis
• Contribute to understanding broader market dynamics and potential opportunities
• Support the development and upkeep of dashboards and recurring reports
• Ensure key performance data is accurate, structured, and accessible
• Provide input for forecasting processes through data validation and performance analysis
• Respond to business questions with clear, accurate and timely analysis
• Support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day needs with data-driven insights
