Job Description
CECO Environmental is seeking a Designer II to develop conceptual designs, review drawings, and support the engineering team in a remote, in-person setting. The role involves both drafting, design development, and coordinating with Project Managers and Engineers. The Designer will contribute to designing project-specific items to be manufactured and will collaborate on efficient project workflows.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Drafting or CAD Technology with 3-5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above (8 years of demonstrated experience in a mechanical engineering field in lieu of degree).
- Working knowledge & experience with Autocad and Autodesk inventor 3d is required
- Familiarity with Creo Sheetmetal design is a plus. Prior experience in the Engineering design, and ASME pressure vessel manufacturing industry is helpful.
