Sr. Specialist, HR Systems & M&A

CECO Environmental is a global leader in providing sustainable solutions for industrial air, water, and energy transition. The company is seeking a Sr. Specialist, HR Systems & M&A to support the continued growth and success of its global family of brands. The role will play a key part in supporting the company's growth strategy, serving as both a senior HR systems expert and the primary HR partner for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integration activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in HR systems, HRIS, or HR technology roles
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring enterprise HRIS platforms (ADP experience strongly preferred; iCIMS experience highly desirable)
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A due diligence, system integrations, or large-scale HR system implementations preferred
