Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team, streamline daily operations, and enhance the patient experience.
Requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation
- Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare staff
- Assist with billing, coding, and insurance claim processing
- Prepare and organize correspondence and administrative documents
- Support practice management with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
