Job Description
Cedar is a healthcare technology company focused on making healthcare more affordable and accessible through innovative data science and personalized solutions. They are seeking an AI Engineer/Applied Scientist III to join their Support/Kora squad, working on a generative AI-powered voice agent called Kora for billing purposes. The role involves diving into unstructured data, designing experiments, building and enhancing features, and measuring the impact of improvements on both patients and customer workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time experience in product development on a product with frequent releases.
- Experience collaborating with partners from different job functions.
- Strong understanding of scientific method and software engineering principles.
- Experience with modern programming languages (Python and Typescript).
- Passion for AI and problem-solving.
