This position is responsible for internal quality incidents system management to address quality risk internally so that external upset can be reduced. Assist quality manager in quality management system effectiveness & product / service quality improvement to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Maintain and improve plant Quality Management System.
- Lead and conduct internal quality system, process and product audits
- Maintain and improve the effectiveness of document control system in the factory.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of measurement system in the factory.
- Follow-up corrective & preventive action.
- Coordinate the handling of quality incident/customer complaint and lead/participate in the investigation when necessary.
- Implement quality system training
- Analyze quality performance utilizing using statistical and analytical tools and methods.
- Maintain and improve contract manufacturing quality management.
- Assist quality manager to determine the quality improvement projects and monitor its progress.
- Lead some quality improvement projects to make sure the implementation and meet the goal.
