Senior Engineer, Fixed Equipment Reliability, Reliability Subject Matter Expert

This position is responsible for managing unit fixed equipment by life-cycle, developing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and ensuring mechanical integrity compliance. The role requires technical expertise and troubleshooting services to site units, as well as participation in project and modification work.

Requirements

• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategy for fixed equipment
• Manage and optimize fixed equipment MI policy, procedure, and relevant to the fixed equipment site wide
• Ensure 100% mechanical integrity compliance
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting services to site units
• Participate in factory acceptance tests for new installations
• Apply and optimize equipment spare parts according to critical equipment strategy
• Provide reliability KPI monthly
• Lead Level A, B RCA activities and support the Level C RCA, training and coaching of mechanical
• Identify unit equipment bad actor, and update monthly
• Lead the fixed equipment MI program
