Procurement Team Lead

Celeros Flow Technology is looking for a Procurement Team Lead to manage and provide leadership to the Buyers, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure purchase orders are placed in a timely manner and all associated activities are managed to maintain project delivery and customer requirements in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives
• Experience in sourcing from and managing global suppliers
• Good leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and assembly techniques and related standards and specifications
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management
• Strong negotiations and contract management skills
