Job Description
Celestial AI is seeking a Staff Optical SerDes Validation Engineer to join their silicon validation team. This role involves validating and characterizing high-speed SerDes technologies used in advanced data communication systems, focusing on both hardware and software testing. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation IP and solve complex problems within a collaborative environment. They leverage technology like photonic fabrics for enhanced performance and energy efficiency.
Requirements
- Lead validation and electrical/optical characterization of high-speed SerDes IPs.
- Design, develop, and maintain hardware and software test infrastructure.
- Develop reference designs and test platforms for consistent evaluation.
- Collaborate with analog, digital, DSP, and system architecture teams.
- Implement automated test flows and advanced data analysis tools using Python.
