Job Description
Celestica is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. This key role requires 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience and deep expertise in electronics manufacturing, specializing in the assembly and integration of advanced liquid cooling solutions and data center racks.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in high-volume electronics or complex system manufacturing
- Direct experience with liquid cooling and rack-level (L11+) integration is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing control systems, process flow, and modern quality methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA)
