Job Description
The IT Manager provides leadership to the IT Solutions team and IT Infrastructures team, overseeing systems analysis, design, development, and support for Global Systems and infrastructure services. Manages budgets and investments for a medium to large site, integrates external service suppliers, and performs change management activities.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Information Technology
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis and ability to resolve complex process/system problems
- Knowledge of management methodologies and finance
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate budgets and plans with business owners and financial controllers
- Broad knowledge of Celestica IT architecture strategies
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure & Networking & Application Development LifeCycle
- Experience in Customer relationship management
- Broad Knowledge / experience with application integration and technical analysis
