Job Description
The Machine Operator 2 position is located in Maple Grove, MN, and involves setup, operation, and maintenance of SMT machines. Responsibilities include soldering, component management, defect diagnosis, and working with engineering to optimize machine performance. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and following standardized procedures.
Requirements
- Maintains and aligns solder paste stencils.
- Replenishes and controls SMT components.
- Follows process documentation and diagnoses defects.
- Pulls component data for X-Ray inspection and quality assurance.
- Performs hand soldering and rework under scope of vision.
- Performs inspection using X-Ray or AXI systems.
- Train other employees.
