Staff Engineer, Mechanical Design

The Staff Engineer, Mechanical Design develops new mechanical systems/modules and maintains existing designs. Provides technical leadership and direction to a sizable team of engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering
• Min. 10+ years of direct working experience in mechanical design, prefer in switch, server and storage, etc.
• Familiar with electronic product development process
• Ability to conceptualize, implement and validate a system level design and solution
• Proficient in using the CAD system, Pro/E Cero is required
• Good Microsoft office skills in word, excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, ability to work in an international team
• Good teamwork attitude, collaboration and communication skills
