Job Description
Celestica is seeking a Staff Engineer, PCB Layout to join their Americas team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for complex projects, including customer interaction, manufacturing support, and resolving supply chain issues. The engineer will also be responsible for creating designs and maintaining industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Expert in Cadence Allegro (versions 16.x & 17.x) and experienced with high-density PCBs.
- Strong knowledge of PCB & PCBA manufacturing processes, industry and quality standards (including IPC), Signal Integrity, EMC, and EMI layout requirements.
- Experience in high-speed digital hardware design and development, with an understanding of architecture, reliability, prototyping, and failure analysis.
- Strong engineering design experience in Compute, Storage, or Network products.
- Strong organizational, planning, and program management skills.
