The Staff Engineer, Mechanical Design develops new mechanical systems/modules and maintains existing designs. Provides support throughout the manufacturing process and works with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and high-quality product development.

• Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
• Provide technical leadership and direction to a sizable team of engineers
• Take responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project
• Review and interpret customer requirements/specifications
• Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions
