Requirements

• Solid end-to-end recruitment experience in a technological environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and collaborative approach to work
• Higher education in Human Resources, Management or Social Sciences
• 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles
• Proven experience in recruiting for IT profiles
• Knowledge of Power BI (nice to have)
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency in advanced search techniques
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1)
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment
