Requirements
- Solid end-to-end recruitment experience in a technological environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and collaborative approach to work
- Higher education in Human Resources, Management or Social Sciences
- 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles
- Proven experience in recruiting for IT profiles
- Knowledge of Power BI (nice to have)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency in advanced search techniques
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1)
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment
