Cell Signaling Technology (CST) is seeking a Scientist, Computational Biologist to join the Computational Biology team within the Bioinformatics & Data Science department in the R&D organization. The successful candidate will develop and apply computational approaches for immunology, BCR sequencing, proteomics, multi-omics integration, single-cell analysis, spatial biology, and epigenetics, ultimately driving scientific innovation.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Immunology or a related field
- relevant postdoctoral and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Bash
- Experience with bioinformatics tools for sequencing data, especially BCR sequencing and single-cell analysis
- Strong understanding of immunological data analysis and interpretation
- Hands-on experience in proteomics analysis and integrating multi-omics datasets
- Familiarity with machine learning applications in bioinformatics
- Experience working with cloud computing and high-performance computing (HPC) environments
