Job Description
We're a well-funded start-up that's hiring a Field Application Scientist to help customers and collaborators solve problems and get the most out of our instrument outputs and workflow. The role involves training customers, supporting product introductions, and building strong working relationships with customers and collaborators.
Requirements
- Train customers/collaborators on instrument usage and data analysis
- Manage and support early installations
- Influence application product requirements and integrate support needs into the requirements for new commercial products
- Assist in technical product documentation and training presentation development
- Provide scientific and applications feedback to R&D and Commercial teams
- Deliver presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and seminars to external audiences
- Travel to customer/collaborator sites to provide timely technical support
- Build a close relationship with your sales partners to identify and promote Cellanome solutions
