Job Description
Cellares is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Warehouse Operations to lead a team responsible for material receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials for cell therapies. This role involves ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and maintaining safe, efficient, and effective warehouse operations. It's a multidisciplinary position requiring leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, information systems, business management, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience within a cGMP environment in the biotech/biopharma industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations, material flow, validation, and qualification
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of cGMP/GDP/Pharmaceutical regulations
- Advanced knowledge of Quality and Compliance systems
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems / WMS Applications and analytics tools
