Job Description
Cello is looking for an HR Business Partner to help achieve good employer practices and sustainable employability. The role involves strategic advice, employee cycle management, project leadership, data analysis, and policy creation.
Requirements
- Completed HBO education in the direction of HR
- Considerable and relevant work experience as an HR business partner or senior HR advisor
- In-depth knowledge of organizational science, project-based working, and relevant legislation
- Excellent social and communicative skills
- Self-sufficiency, initiative, and ability to bridge resistances
