Lead Value Engineer

We're seeking a Lead Value Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a trusted advisor, you will work with our sales team to deliver value-driven results and secure long-term partnership agreements with our customers. Your role will involve translating customer objectives into value assessments, building business cases, and facilitating workshops to drive business impact.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in an analytical role with a focus on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment
• Good knowledge of business software and SaaS applications
• Experience with process mining tools and technologies, RPA, BI tools, and building dashboards, apps, and action flows
• Hands-on SQL experience and Python is preferred
• Experience in collaborating with IT teams
• Domain and industry knowledge such as supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, manufacturing, etc.
• Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
