Principal Product Manager - Celonis Data Core

We're Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence technology and one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS firms. We're seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Product and Engineering organization. The role is a vital part of the Data Team within the Celonis Product organization, reporting directly to the Vice President of Data and the Process Intelligence Graph.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in product management, technical consulting, or a related role within enterprise B2B software.
• Deep knowledge of large-scale enterprise data challenges, including data processes, data lakes, and enterprise readiness requirements for high-volume data platforms.
• An analytical or technical background combined with an interest in big data, performance engineering, and platform infrastructure.
• Proven ability to act as a "translator," converting complex technical capabilities into clear business value and vice-versa, for both engineering and GTM teams.
• Exceptional strength in synthesizing complex information from highly technical leaders to make conscious, data-driven decisions that align with strategic customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to moderate between competing interests, align diverse technical parties toward a single vision, and make confident decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
