Job Description
Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining technology, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to drive internal transformation and improve employee experience. The role involves leading projects, influencing platform direction, and acting as a technical partner to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be strategic, problem-solving, and passionate about leveraging ServiceNow as a foundational platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one CIS certification (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM)
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
