Job Description
Celsius is seeking a dynamic and globally recognized General Manager for its Canadian commercial and marketing operations. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, building brand equity, and leading the company's portfolio across the Canadian market, including grocery, convenience, and key account teams. The position requires a strategic and operational lead with a mandate to establish Celsius as a leading energy company nationally.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of progressive leadership in Sales, Commercial, or General Management roles in FMCG or beverages
- Proven success in the Canadian retail landscape, especially in grocery, convenience, and key accounts
- Strong P&L ownershipexperience and record of delivering profitable growth in Canada
- Extensive experience managing national distributors, retail customers, and system partners
- Track record of building and leading Key Account teams with measurable success
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- English fluency required, French bilingualism strongly preferred
