Job Description
Celsius, a global consumer packaged goods company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive distributor partnerships and field team leadership in South Carolina. The role involves shaping retail execution, accelerating sales growth, and scaling the CELSIUS® brand through direct store delivery (DSD). This is a driving position requiring leadership, sales, and people management skills, with a passion for energy beverages and high-performance brands.
Requirements
- 6+ years in sales and people management within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with Excel, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of retail execution, merchandising, and market activation strategies
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
