Job Description
Celsius, a global consumer packaged goods company, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for their growing brand of Celsius Master brand beverage, along with Alani Nu. The role involves driving sales performance, cultivating partnerships, and amplifying brand presence in grocery, convenience, and food service channels. It is a field-based position, requiring 12-15 store visits per week. They emphasize a customer-centric mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
Requirements
- 1+ years in consumer goods sales, preferably in beverage, distributor sales, or related industries
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass an MVR screening
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face customer interaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver presentations and engage large peer groups
- Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems
