Job Description
Celtic Bank is seeking an Experienced Internal Auditor Manager to lead the planning, completion, and reporting of internal audits covering their bank's product and service offerings. The role focuses on evaluating processes, identifying control gaps, and enhancing compliance with regulatory requirements. Root cause analysis and continuous improvement are key components of this position.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, or a financial institution.
- Sound knowledge of federal and state banking rules and regulations.
- Professional certifications like CPA or CIA are desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
