Block Plant Supervisor

We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Block Plant Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will oversee the daily operations of our block plant, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Requirements

• Safety Leadership: Lead by example with a strong focus on safety and team development.
• Production Management: Oversee the production of concrete blocks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of operators and technicians, providing training and support to maximize performance.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and sales departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee plant equipment maintenance and repairs to reduce downtime.
• Technical Repairs: Perform routine mechanical and electrical repairs, along with preventative maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance production efficiency and improve product quality.
