Job Description
Coordinate and manage human resources and materials within assigned plant, using established processes to meet operational quality and service standards.
Requirements
- Coordinate production plan execution to meet organizational and customer requirements
- Monitor, control, and guarantee daily production raw materials
- Manage and supervise unionized personnel within business unit
- Supervise and ensure plant and logistics operational processes and delivery with customer service center, to comply with NPS standards
- Validate and request preventive and corrective maintenance programming for fixed and mobile equipment within business unit
- Prepare material dosage according to production requirements for concrete production
