Job Description
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of subcontractors for construction, engineering, and other specialized services, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, compliance, and high-quality performance.
Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in subcontractor procurement or construction procurement, with a proven track record in sourcing and managing subcontractors
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and industry best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with construction and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements, is highly preferred
