Job Description
Cennox is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant and Licensing Administrator to support the Legal Team. This role involves managing administrative operations, coordinating licensing compliance, and providing support to the CLO in executing legal and corporate governance responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Drafting, execution, and tracking of legal agreements (NDAs, contracts, compliance)
- Maintaining structured digital and physical filing systems
- Monitoring document version control and ensuring record retention
