Director, Regional Sales - Education

The Director, Regional Sales is a mission driven, revenue generating role that blends strategic consultation with high impact sales execution. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience selling into K–12 education, ideally with SaaS, EdTech, or school safety solutions
• Experience working with mid-size schools
• A consultative mindset with the ability to listen, identify needs, and tailor solutions accordingly
• Strong ability to influence district decision makers and communicate with credibility at all levels
• Proven track record of building territory pipeline, securing net-new business, and growing accounts
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• High integrity, empathy, and a genuine passion for improving school safety
• Comfort working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to travel within South Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi
