Field Operations Engineer (Duval County FL)

CENTEGIX is looking for a Field Operations Engineer to represent the company on school sites, hospitals, and public safety buildings. The role involves installing new technology, troubleshooting issues, and building trust with customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years proven experience interfacing and interacting with customers, primarily onsite, with an emphasis on building trust and reliable support.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; college degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of technology and hand tools required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs., carry and climb ladders, stand, kneel, bend, sit or lie down while installing equipment, stand for long periods of time.
