Job Description
Cahill Apartments is seeking a Part-time Tenant Assistant to be the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and suppliers. Duties include checking in visitors, answering the building's phone, monitoring surveillance and documenting activities. The position offers flexible scheduling (0-28 hours/week) to students, retirees, and individuals looking for part-time work.
Requirements
- Interpersonal skills to deal with tenants and the general public.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- Minnesota Background Study clearance.
