Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational training or certification in a maintenance-related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces if required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional on-call duty
