Job Description
The Dietetic Technician will work under the direction of the Center Director, conducting research, providing nutrition education, and ensuring compliance with CEI Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
- Researches and collects data from participant’s medical record
- Completes participant screenings for required participant assessments
- Audits diet cards for accuracy and adherence
- Provides nutrition education for participants and staff
- Conducts meal rounds and monitors stock in storage
- Orders nutritional supplements
- Communicates with vendors and staff regarding meal program
- Maintains confidentiality and follows CEI Policies and Procedures
- Complies with all agency training requirements
- Maintains a safe working environment
