Social Worker

The Center for Elders’ Independence is seeking a Social Worker to join their interdisciplinary team. The Social Worker will work with frail and elderly participants to find solutions to social problems and develop comprehensive plans of care. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in social work and experience working with a frail and/or elderly population.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work
• One year experience working with a frail and/or elderly population preferred
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent oral and verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills
