Job Description
The Behavioral Health Technician will support the delivery of CFCE's Behavioral health services by assisting licensed health providers in providing patient-centered care. The BHT works directly with patients to support treatment plans, facilitate care coordination, monitor patient progress, and promote engagement in behavioral health services within an integrated primary care setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 3-5 years work experience
- Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or social services
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
